Privacy notice: our YouTube and LinkedIn accounts (use of their APIs)

What we use. Clacta uses YouTube API Services to upload our own videos to our own YouTube channel and to read the statistics of those videos. We use LinkedIn's APIs to publish posts on our own LinkedIn company page and on our founder's own LinkedIn profile, and to read the statistics of those posts.

What data this covers. Only data of our own accounts: the videos and posts we publish, their titles and descriptions, and statistics about them (for example views and reactions, as counts). We do not use these APIs to collect information about other YouTube or LinkedIn members, we do not show third-party content or advertisements through them, and we place no cookies or similar technology on anyone's device through them.

How we use and share it. To publish our content and to see how it performs. The statistics are stored in our database (Supabase, EU) and are used only inside FSFM GmbH. We don't sell or pass them to anyone else.

How long. Statistics: 24 months. If we disconnect an account or its access is revoked, we delete the data we stored through that connection within 7 days.

Google and YouTube. By using YouTube features through Clacta, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google's Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy. In addition to our own deletion described above, access granted to Clacta can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

LinkedIn. LinkedIn's own privacy policy: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy. Access granted to Clacta can be removed in your LinkedIn settings under the apps you have permitted.
